          A good question is simple and clear. It is so constructed that the student can easily understand that is asked, although he may not know the answer to it.
          So as a teacher, before you throw a question to your student, you should think first or knowing the capability of you student to answer you question if that question is fitted to him/her, it must be also understandable.

         The seminar is conducted for the purpose of attempting problem solve-economic, cultural, political, social and educational. A seminar is a group of students who engage of study.

     To reach the seminar intention the participants capability in understanding, economic and social status, the speaker should be artistic enough or charming, though not literally, n order to have connection with his participants or students. Because in the seminar or any kind of group discussion like in school the resource speaker is the main key and attraction, so he should be well-equipped, prepared, and skilfully fit of the topic.

     The lesson plan it is a guide of a teacher if what the lesson they discuss next coming meeting. The lesson plan it is a very important tool of a one teacher on how they present the aims and objectives about the subject matter, material and devices to be used.

     In the report of Mr. Jess Anthony Platon it was about characteristic of learning it was also about the motivating of each student, there are some of interesting about the student if how they want to learn. To motivate the student, as a teacher we must give guidance/guiding and visualizing design student task and activity, motivating the student if what they understand.

Meaningful Learning Theory

     The topic of  Meaningful Learning Theory was reported by Mr. Kim Hinaloc. It was all about the interesting of each student to listen and to get more knowledges and information about the discussion of the teacher. Maybe some of the student are not interested to listen the discussion of the teacher so that most of the teacher they want to get the attention and desire of the students if how it is important to them.

Specifically, we can become more successful. Although their are many people are different ways in how to learn but school is where we have our first experience of formal learning, and how things go for us here can affect how we learn through our lives.

      Good teachers have a sense of purpose.
You can't be good in a generic sense; you have to be good for something. As a teacher, this means that you know what your students expect, and you make plans to meet those expectations. You, too, have expectations about what happens in your classroom, based on the goals you're trying to achieve. If you want to prepare your students for employment, you expect punctuality and good attendance. If you teach a GED class, you spend time explaining the format of the test and helping students to improve their test-taking skills. And if you want your students to become better, more involved readers, you allow time for reading and provide access to books.
